As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), I translate evidence based approaches of improving mental health into applicable and effective tools to help you be more present and engaged in everyday life.
Together, we will focus on the Five Waves of Performance - Breath, Body, Mindfulness, Values, Identity - to help you
feel better, work better, and perform better.
