Samantha Buxbaum, M.A., CMPC
I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with my master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado College, and I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor.

In addition to training the body with movement, nourishing foods, and rest, it is imperative to train the mind for optimal performance. Physical muscles may look good, but the largest muscle in your body is the brain - and it's time to learn how to use it your advantage.

My passion for Sport and Performance Psychology stems from my career in competitive gymnastics, collegiate diving, and teaching yoga and meditation. I found the field of Sport and Performance Psychology as an anxious gymnast when I experienced that my physical performance and "mental game" were intimately related - I realized that I could befriend my mind to be my ally, not my enemy.

I specialize in working with recreational and competitive gymnasts, rock climbers, divers, and collegiate athletes to help overcome mental barriers to experience more focus and passion in sport and beyond!
Now, for the big question:
