1:1 COACHING
30 and 50 minute individual consultations.
Together we will explore and practice effective and proven ways to work through barriers to performing at your highest ability in your sport, at work, and in your relationships.
Individual Session Rates:
30 minutes = $75
50 minutes = $100
30-minute Packages:
- "Let's Do This" (5x) = $350
- "Can't Stop Me Now" (10x) = $650
50-Minute Packages:
- "Let's Do This" (5x) = $475
- "Can't Stop Me Now" (10x) = $900
GROUP WORKSHOPS
60 - 90 minutes

Rates:
60 minutes: $300 base + $15 per head
90 minutes: $450 base + $15 per head
