Samantha put me through a 6 week optimization reset. Session 1 was a game changer. She taught me the idea of “body literacy” and my life, both professionally and personally has been elevated ever since. Session 2 she made me aware of how much TENSION I was holding in my body, particularly my abdomen and mouth (jaw & tongue). By session 3 I felt fully embodied for the first time in my adult life. From there we moved on to my voice. She helped me explore all the areas in my life, both at work and home, where I was self-censoring and masterfully supported me in defining where, when, how and with who to reclaim my voice with.  Session 4 we discussed my purpose.
